Displaced SL Tamils will get 5ok homes by India

A major ops for Sri Lanka as India has announced a programme in that thee are around 50,000 houses will be constructed for those who are Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), in the province of east and north, President Mahinda Rajapaksa had a meeting with Indian PM Manmohan Singh, these two powers met as they were in strong opposition of terrorism.

Both the powers signed the agreements those were based on strengthening the legal structure and to provide security in order to achieve smooth bilateral relationship, President Mahinda Rajapaksa showed his gratitude as India offered $800 million, to enhance the railway projects in Sri Lanka. Meeting also consisted a treaty based on Mutual Legal Assistance on Criminal Matters and Agreement on Transfer of Sentenced Prisoners.

Indian PM Manmohan Singh, showed his consent in the need of taking the urgent and crucial steps to make the settlement of remaining IDPs, even he insisted Sri Lanka to follow speedy and necessary steps in northern and eastern region, the two powers were agree on developing the environmentally friendly technologies, and to provide the necessary infrastructure support.
